It was a one-on-one interview, which felt pretty easy because it's a junior role. Right after the interview, there was a task to complete that was supposed to take 2-3 hours, but I couldn't finish it.

The interview process has 3 rounds: a technical assessment, a technical round, and an HR round. Everything is online. For the technical assessment, you'll have 14 hours to complete it, and if you pass, you'll move to the next round.

The interview process started with a recruiter call where I was asked basic questions and if I had experience in a specific background. I surprisingly got a second call for a take-home assignment with 5 design questions, which I completed and submitted early. After three days, I was told my work was appreciated and I'd move to the third round. The third round was a bit surprising as the interviewer seemed unaware it was the third round, which I found concerning due to miscommunication. He then asked the exact same questions from the first interview, which made me think he didn't know about my profile. I feel I was rejected unfairly in the third round after passing two stages, including the crucial assignment, simply because the senior interviewer didn't know I lacked experience in a particular background they were looking for. This experience made me question their 'equal opportunity employer' statement. This is feedback, not a grievance, but the interview rounds lacked clarity and were misleading.
