Senior Manager
The questions were good, and there was enough time to cover everything. It's always valuable to participate in interviews; they help you understand your current standing. I hope this is helpful for everyone reading.
- Can you share an instance of a failure you've encountered?
Management Trainee
The interview process was good and had many steps, including assignments, an interview, and then a group discussion. It was hard to get through everything, and honestly, it wasn't worth the salary offered.
- Can you describe your past experience?
- Could you tell me about your projects?
- What is your motivation for applying to this role?
Manager
The process went pretty fast because HR said they needed to hire quickly. It took about 4 weeks total. The process itself was okay. The interviewers were nice and polite, but only two really knew the company and the role well. They did explain the work well. The first interview round was a bit of a waste though - the interviewer seemed to have two meetings at once, didn't know much about the company or the role, and couldn't answer basic company questions. It was only the second round with a senior person that made things clearer. But even after having all the skills for the job and completing all the rounds, they rejected me for a competency that wasn't even listed in the job description. This is really unprofessional and shows they weren't clear about what they wanted from the position. They shouldn't waste candidates' time if they're unsure about the role. I would have preferred to use my time elsewhere than prepare for Indegene.
- Can you describe your experience with CRM data?
- Have you worked with data privacy regulations in Europe or elsewhere?
- Tell me about your experience harmonizing data from different sources.
