Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Indegene.
Business Analyst
The interview started with an initial chat then we moved to a case study. After that, there were three more interviews with different managers. The difficulty was average, with a few guesstimates and quizzes thrown in. All in all, it was a good experience.
- Questions related to the case study were asked.
- Questions involving guesstimates were presented.
Business Analyst
It was a telephonic interview, then a case study, and finally a face-to-face interview. Unfortunately, they never got back to me, which was a waste of time. I waited for about 45 minutes for my last round while the HR was having coffee, even though they knew I was waiting. My interview went well, but there was no response from HR. They didn't even bother to reply after I sent a follow-up email.
- Why are you interested in Indegene?
- Given some situations, analyze them.
Business Analyst
There were 3 rounds in total, including a case study. I passed all of them and got an email to submit documents. When I got the offer, the designation was different, my name was wrong, and the joining date was less than a month away. HR didn't call me; they don't seem to care about hiring and probably just want to generate offer letters.
- A case study was presented.
- I was asked some basic questions about my experience.
