Coding Behavioral

To start, we had an online assessment where we had to build responsive forms using basic HTML and CSS, making sure the code was clean and followed UI/UX best practices. Those who passed this moved on to an HR Round. This round had questions about front-end basics, like layout, responsive design, and general web dev stuff. It was a pretty simple process overall, meant to check both coding skills and what we knew.

Technical Other

I applied through Naukri for a web developer role. The first round was a take-home task to develop a responsive web application. They took three weeks to evaluate it. One day, I got a call for a face-to-face interview. I went for the interview and waited for three hours. Finally, the HR came and gave me a reason that the task I did was not responsive, even though I was sure it was because I used the Bootstrap framework. They sent me back without taking the interview.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Was asked to build the responsive web application.
