Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Indegene.
Editor
The interview process consisted of a few quick rounds. Unfortunately, I never received a response after the interviews, and I'm not sure why. Indegene is a large company that works with many major clients.
- Can you introduce yourself and elaborate on that?
Editor
The interview process was simple and straightforward, consisting of 3 rounds. The first round was a simple aptitude test that took a couple of hours. A few days later, the second round was a face-to-face interview with the manager where they explained the job requirements and responsibilities. The third and final round, which happened the next day, was an HR round that included a personality review, basic questions about my skills and experience, and information about the salary package. Overall, it was a smooth process.
- What is your motivation for seeking this position?
Editor
I had three interviews over the phone and Skype. The first was with the department I'd be working for, and it was pretty involved. We went over a lot of technical stuff and what the daily work and environment would be like. Then, I talked to someone overseas who manages global operations for this kind of department, which was a really nice chat. The last interview was with HR, where they asked the usual questions about my work style and future goals.
- In what ways do you see your role and duties evolving with a new company?
