Sales
The process was straightforward and communicative. They use their own product, so the process is very smooth and you can text, which was nice. The first round was a recruiter screen, then a manager conversation, and a panel interview for the final round as well.

Strategic Account Executive
I had an initial chat with the internal recruiter, who then forwarded my info to hiring managers. They were interested in interviewing me for both the Enterprise Trapper (account manager) and Enterprise AE roles. I got one interview invite, so I thought both managers would join. However, on the Zoom call, only one manager was present, and it wasn't one of the ones I was scheduled to meet. We had the interview, and at the end, I closed him. He gave excellent feedback and promised to reschedule the interview with the other manager right away. The next Monday, I emailed the recruiter, and he replied that they weren't moving forward because, despite great feedback, my answers were too long-winded.
- What were the regular questions asked?
Project Manager
The hiring process was super smooth and quick! I always got fast replies and knew what was next. It started with a 30-min recruiter call and I got invited for an interview the following week. My in-person interview involved a tour of their cool office, then a chat with my potential manager and someone from Customer Success. The next day, the recruiter called me for a quick chat about my experience and gave me good vibes about how it went. The final step was a short 30-min call with someone from Customer Success. I got the offer the week after. They also have this quick true/false survey right after you apply, and a Caliper test/personality test later on. It was a really good experience overall. The recruiter was really transparent, nice, and responsive the whole time. I always knew what to expect and that I'd get clear answers if I had questions. They really want to see if you'd fit their company culture, which is a big deal for them. I'd totally recommend asking them about their company challenges, how they see their culture, and how they're planning for growth. They're pretty open about themselves.

Customer Success Associate
After I sent in my resume, I got a call less than a day later to set up a phone interview. It was about 20 minutes long, and then I had to do the Caliper Assessment and give my references. The Caliper is a personality test to see if you'd be a good fit. For references, they email a survey instead of calling. After sending all that, I had an in-person meeting with my potential manager and someone else from the Customer Success team. It went for about an hour. Once I heard I was moving on, I had a final 30-minute chat with the VP of Customer Success, Debra Senra.
