Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Hireology.
Sales
The process was straightforward and communicative. They use their own product, so the process is very smooth and you can text, which was nice. The first round was a recruiter screen, then a manager conversation, and a panel interview for the final round as well.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Inside Sales Representative
After I applied, they sent a link with extra questions to screen candidates. A few days later, I got an interview request. I had a general chat with the talent director. It seemed to go well, and I was told I'd get an email about whether they wanted another interview or had chosen other candidates. I immediately sent a follow-up email with more questions about the role. Neither email ever arrived, which is strange for a company that claims to make hiring easier.
- What is your primary motivator?
Inside Sales Representative
I had a standard phone interview and they asked me to come in to talk in person. They asked me typical questions then had me shadow someone on the job. I set an appointment with a client the representative had told me he was trying to get in contact with for months yet still didn't get the job. I would think for a company that prides themselves on interviewing they would be a little more respectful of everyone's time, including my own.
