Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Hireology.
Implementation Manager
I had a phone interview and then an in-person one within a week or two. This was a negative experience because it felt tense and robotic, like they didn't see me as a person but just another candidate. I did a lot of research on Hireology, their values, reviews, and products, but it didn't seem to help.
- What is your motivation for wanting to work at Hireology?
Implementation Manager
I applied for the Customer Success Associate job but the recruiter, Bridgette, suggested I apply for Implementation Manager instead since my resume was a good fit. I had a phone interview with Bridgette for the Implementation role on Monday. She then said they'd send a scheduling link for an in-person interview that same day. I was able to schedule it easily for the following Tuesday. During the in-person interview, I met with two people who asked me situational questions. They told me on Wednesday that I was moving forward. On Thursday, I had a final phone interview with a Senior Customer Success Rep. I got the job offer on Friday! The whole process was really quick and informative. Hireology seemed really interested in my skills and didn't make the interview process drag out.
- Can you describe a time you had to remind a client about their signed contract?
Implementation Manager
The whole thing took about 2 weeks. The recruiter contacted me the day after I applied and we did a phone screen, which was really nice and I enjoyed it. Then I went in for an in-person interview where I met the VP of Customer Success and a Manager on the Customer Success team. Each of those interviews was about 30 minutes. After the interviews, I spoke with the recruiter again and she told me what the next steps were and that I should expect a call from the CEO. It was a smooth process, and I always knew what was coming next.

- What drives you?
