I applied and got a response quickly. I scheduled a phone interview with the recruiter, but they forgot to call and I had to email several times to reschedule. After the initial phone screen, I was told the position was no longer available. The recruiter then mentioned a different opening, and I expressed interest. I didn't hear back for about a week despite follow-up emails. Finally, I received a generic rejection email. It's surprising given the company's supposed hiring process reputation. It seems like one recruiter might be the issue, as others have reported similar problems with missed calls and long response times. Good luck to everyone else!

This was one of the best interview experiences I've ever had, totally focused on the candidate. As someone from recruitment, their communication and quick responses were super impressive. It started with a phone interview with Rachel, which was really informative and like a good chat. She listened well and answered all my questions thoroughly. Then, I got called in for an in-person interview the next week. They greeted me warmly and gave me a tour of their awesome space. After that, each interview was about 30 minutes with two different team members who were prepared and engaged. I learned a lot and never felt uncomfortable. Overall, it was a really smooth process and I was glad to go through it.

The interview process was super fast and really friendly and easy to get. After you apply, you get a survey to fill out. Once that's done, Hireology will contact you within a few days to set up a phone call with HR. If that goes well, you get to come in and meet the team.
