It started with a call with HR, then I met with the manager and a senior IT lead. We talked about my experiences, my day-to-day tasks, and the tools I use. It was conversational, and they also asked about my knowledge of some Microsoft tools. Overall, it was a simple and easy process.

It was a 45 minute interview where they asked about my work experience and also talked about the work they do. I didn't get any technical questions, and barely any personality questions. I think they asked one of the twenty questions I had prepped.

Started with a recruiter chat over the phone. Then I had a fit interview with a Sr engagement manager. That interview was pretty much all behavioural questions, but they really went deep on the negative ones, like asking about mistakes or misunderstandings. After that, it was a case interview with the director of advisory services. It was a standard business case, but the director added his own unique spin, so I just had to remember to keep my approach structured throughout.

So there were two rounds. The first round was an online one-way interview using Willo. It had three questions, and I had 15 minutes for each, with 4 tries per question. After that, I had to do a Wonderlic assessment, which tested critical thinking, problem-solving, learning ability, and attention to detail. It was 50 questions in 12 minutes. If you passed that, you'd go to the office for an interview there.
