Got an email about 15 days after applying online, they wanted to set up a 45 min interview for the next week. After I gave my availability, I got a Plum assessment to do before the interview. The Plum assessment had a common IQ test (pattern recognition) and also some 'What would you do in this situation' questions. In the interview, they asked me to talk about the experiences on my resume. There were three interviewers. I heard back two days after.

it started with a quick phone call, then I had a personal one-on-one meeting with a Managing Director for about an hour at their head office. After that, I met with two other senior executives and we talked more over dinner. I got an offer to join them within 3 days.
