Behavioral Technical

The interview process was straightforward and not too difficult. It involved behavioral questions, technical skill assessments, and discussions about past experiences. There were three main stages: an initial screening by HR, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, usually conducted via Teams. The entire process typically took about three to four weeks to complete.

Behavioral Other

The communication was really bad. I had an interview and they said I'd hear back in two weeks, but then I was ghosted and they ignored my phone calls. I got an email saying I was denied a week after I called to ask about my application status or for an update.

I applied online through college and got an on-site interview at their Mississauga Main Office. I interviewed with 5 people one after another. There were 2 young guys, 2 middle-aged, and 1 senior engineer. They talked about my resume, what Hatch is, and why Hatch. One of the young guys was nervous, and another wasn't a native English speaker. The senior engineer has been with Hatch for over 30 years. One of the middle-aged guys was a director. The process included a recruiter call and then the onsite interviews. After the onsite, there was a background check, and then an offer.
