The interview process was fair, but the technical questions were challenging because I hadn't studied the topics in depth. I had limited knowledge of Oil and Gas, which is the role's focus. I applied because of the mention of renewable energy, but it seems that's not a business focus.

The interview process was like a chat. They try to understand your personality and experience as well. They normally ask follow up questions based on your responses. Additionally they ask mainly how you deal with situations and some technical questions.

I applied online around late Oct/early Nov and got an interview invite at the end of Nov. The interview process started with a phone interview, then an in-person one at Hatch's Mississauga office. The interviewers were nice and made me feel comfy, but the whole process was super disorganized, maybe the most disorganized I've ever seen. They said I'd hear about a third interview by Christmas, but I never did, even after following up a bunch. This whole thing was a letdown because I also had interviews for other jobs, and they never even gave me a date or time, despite me following up multiple times.
