First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Hatch.
Senior Electrical Engineer
I had one technical interview that lasted about 30 minutes with the head of the department. It mostly focused on my past experience and my ability to use technical software. The interview was pretty easy, and they sent me a job offer a week later.
- Can you describe your previous work experience and projects?
- How would you describe your proficiency with technical software?
Electrical Engineer
The interview was pretty interactive. They focused a lot on the projects I've worked on before and what I actually did on them. They also wanted to know why I'm interested in Hatch and how I thought my skills fit with what they're trying to do. It was a good chance to show them my practical experience and that I'm excited about Hatch.
- Could you tell me about a difficult electrical project you tackled while studying?
- What were your specific contributions to previous projects you've worked on?
- What makes you want to work for Hatch?
Electrical Engineer
I just went through my resume with the interviewer. They asked me to talk about each of my experiences and roles. There was one round of interviews. Asked about proficiency with softwares.
- How proficient are you with Autocad?
