I had a good first chat with the recruiter. They told me about what's next: two more interviews in the coming week, a potential start date, and a timeline. I never heard back to set up the next interview though. I emailed them but only got an automated rejection message days later. It was a bummer to not have follow-through after it seemed like things were going well. My advice: don't get too excited with this company.

Applied. Got a phone interview about 2 weeks later. They asked me to do an assignment that was supposed to take 8 hours and give me 5 days to complete it. I turned it in early, within 2 days. Then, 2 days after I submitted it, I got an email saying they were putting the position on hold because of business interests. I didn't get any feedback at all on my work. Honestly, any business should know that before asking candidates to do free work.

I applied online and then it took them almost six weeks to get back to me. Since I was still looking for other things, I decided to go through with it. I had three interviews in total: one phone screen and then two interviews over Microsoft Teams. The phone screen and the first interview seemed to go well because I got quick and positive feedback and they asked to schedule the next interview within a day of the previous one. After my third interview with the hiring manager, which I thought went well, there was silence for a week. I followed up and was told they would have a decision the next week. Another week went by with no news, so I followed up again to find out what was happening (at this point, I figured it was unlikely). I was then told they were moving forward with other candidates. So, it took 6 weeks to hear back after applying, and then 3 interviews over 4 weeks, just to be rejected. That was my experience, and I wish I hadn't wasted my time.

I applied for a Research Associate- Qualitative research role but got an email suggesting Research Analyst-survey design would be a better fit for me. I submitted an online application. Then, I got an email to schedule a phone interview. After that, I was given a mock case study to complete. Unfortunately, two days later, I received an email informing me that they had decided to move forward with another candidate. The recruiter was pleasant and provided clear information about the salary range and job description. I'd consider applying again if a suitable position arises. It was a positive experience overall, even though I was disappointed not to advance further. The next step in the process would have been an in-person or Skype interview with a manager.
