Quality Manager
The interview process started with 3 interviews. None of the interviewers seemed prepared. The hiring manager asked very general questions about quality but got frustrated when I couldn't provide specific information. My attempts to clarify what he was looking for were unsuccessful because he wasn't sure himself. The other two interviewers were also unprepared, making it a waste of time for everyone. The second round included more interviews with the initial three interviewers, who still had no questions, plus five new people. Some of these new interviewers asked technical quality questions. The recruiter initially said a decision would be made soon, but then I received an email stating they decided to close the position. This was a disorganized, time-wasting experience that made me feel disrespected.

Device Engineer
Applied on their website and heard back within a week to schedule a Talent Acquisition screen. Screen was just a 30 min call with a recruiter to go over basic experience and compensation expectations for the role. Moved forward to a 30 min interview with the hiring manager that was more talking about previous background and experience. After this was supposed to be an on-site interview, but did not hear back from hiring manager or recruiter after this point (despite following up).

International Regulatory Affairs
So after the initial screening call, I had three more rounds of interviews. The first one was with the manager. Then I had two rounds with the director, and one of those involved a case study presentation. The very last interview was with the senior director.

Research Associate
A recruiter contacted me by email and we set up an interview. When the scheduled time passed, I thought there was a mistake, but the recruiter was just 15 minutes late. She showed up and mentioned she was in the middle of firing someone, which seemed to affect her energy throughout the interview. She rushed through the whole process and ended it quickly, basically saying 'nice meeting you' if I had no more questions. I had to stop her to ask a couple of my own. Despite that, it was a very rushed experience, not great overall. I asked for feedback afterwards, and she said it went well but mentioned a reservation about pay. I suggested a salary within the range stated in the job posting. She said she'd follow up, but never did. When I emailed again, she ghosted me.
