The interview process was great and pretty efficient. I'm sure this has to do with the fact that I applied for the Denver base, which they seemed to be urgently hiring for. Within a week or so I got my invite for the F2F. The interview was very organized and gave everyone a chance to say their piece, which was something I was worried about since I know a lot of candidates are invited to these events. Some of the questions were generic HR questions and some were not. All the recruiters were great and made the experience fun and light hearted to ease the tension and nerves of the candidates. I loved the interview process and it is definitely the best interview I've ever been too. I really felt like I was able to show the recruiters my values and strengths and how I can use them to improve customer satisfaction.

I went through a phone interview. The person interviewing me seemed really genuine and knew their stuff. I'm really excited about the possibility of starting. Right from the beginning, I could tell my interviewer was enthusiastic about the role, not just trying to fill a position. It feels like they have big plans to grow this department.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. They asked some SQL questions, which should be no problem if you have about 2 years of experience. Beyond that, there were typical behavioral and situational questions. Honestly, don't stress too much about this part; I'd be more concerned about the 'sell to Verizon' part if anything.

The interview process began positively; the hiring manager indicated I'd advance. However, my recruiter was laid off the day of the interview. I waited over 3 weeks for updates, only for the new recruiter to make me resend my intake questions, then ghost me for another 1.5 months. After 3 follow-ups, I gave up. The new recruiter finally contacted me asking if I wanted to re-interview with a different hiring manager due to team restructuring. I felt this was offensive, especially after being ghosted and then asked to re-interview for a verbally offered position. I believe companies should pause hiring during organizational changes. This was a terrible experience; I advise others to avoid this role due to poor communication and wasted time.
