The interview process was a bit tough and tense, as interviews can be, since you have to answer unknown questions which can be tricky. But all you need is positivity, strength, and courage. It was fun too, I really enjoyed my interview with my interviewer.

I first met a recruiter at a job fair and gave them my resume, then followed up with an email. I didn't hear back, so about a month later, a friend I know through Facebook, whose husband works there, posted about the company. I reached out to her expressing my interest and mentioned I had already applied. She connected me with her husband, and he helped move things along. I was then invited to a group interview where they explained the company's expectations and offered benefits, though some of what was said didn't quite match up with reality later on. They were trying to get a sense of everyone's personality. About 1-2 weeks after that, I was called in for a second interview and was offered the job on the spot because they really needed to hire a lot of people for a new partnership. I was then taken to an office to go over and submit paperwork and employment terms, which turned out to be quite flexible later on. Training started two weeks after that in a group setting with about 20 other new hires.

The interview was conducted in a group setting where we role-played different customer service scenarios. The HR rep who led the interview used to work in this exact position, so she knew a lot about the company, the pay, and how commission worked. The whole process took a really long time; I applied in November, but the job didn't actually start until March.
