Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Frontier.
Manager
HR set up the first interview quickly and it went fine. The second interview was also set up very quickly. It was with two people, and it went OK, but one interviewer never had their camera on, and then the other one turned his off too. It took over three months to get a rejection email. Really unprofessional overall.
- Tell me why you decided to join Frontier
Management
I was contacted by the recruiter. Had a good 30 min. phone screen/interview. They said they would talk to senior management that afternoon and I should email them with follow up questions. They also said they would follow up to schedule an in-person interview. After no contact and three follow up emails later (they finally responded to the third), I was told they decided to move in a different direction.
- What is your salary range?
- Are you okay with a hybrid work model, coming into the office part-time and telecommuting part-time?
Senior Manager
The interview process was very professional and well laid out. The interviewers knew the role I was applying to. I had 5 combined interviews with different levels of management. Each session was about 1 hour, so it can get overwhelming, but you just have to be patient and go with the flow.
- Can you describe your strengths and how you'd use them in a given scenario?
