So you apply online, and then you get a link for an assessment which has logic questions. After that, I had an initial screening with a recruiter, and then an interview with the manager. Then there were 2 more rounds with people I would be working with, and I met with 2 people each time. It was all pretty fast, like 4-5 weeks from applying to getting an offer.

There were 4 rounds in the interview process. It started with HR, then two interviews with people who are currently analysts, and finally one with the supervisor. I wasn't sure how many rounds there would be, and in the last round, when I asked about the next steps (like an offer or rejection), they said they didn't know yet. The supervisor also mentioned that my previous interviewers had veto power, but he hadn't talked to them yet, meaning I could have already been out of the running. It felt like my time was being wasted.

I applied online and then had a phone interview about a week later. It was pretty straightforward and went well. The interviewer was nice and asked a lot about my current situation, like extra-curriculars and what I was doing during my downtime after school. Then, I was invited for an in-person interview. That one was a bit nerve-wracking, but mostly focused on my experience. After that, I took an online skills test, which I passed. I then received an offer, followed by a background check, and was subsequently hired.

- Nothing was too difficult. If you're coming right out of school, there are a lot of questions about what classes were difficult for you, and so forth.
