It was easy and straightforward. Super fast, they were in a rush to hire someone. Only one interview. I really liked the internship and the team. The Dallas office is amazing.

The interview process was quite simple, with no unusual steps. I went through three rounds and received an offer shortly after. There was some initial confusion about certain details, but it was resolved once I asked for clarification. Overall, it was a positive experience.

I applied online and after about a week, I got an in-house interview. Two people interviewed me. The first person reviewed my resume and asked some basic questions, which I felt good about. The second person, who was a manager in the department, reviewed my resume again and asked questions about my leadership experience and teamwork experience. This was my very first interview, and I didn't prepare well. I felt like she wasn't satisfied with one of my answers. I realized this but didn't come up with other solutions to fix it during the interview, nor did I explain or offer a better answer in my Thank-You note (which was a BIG MISTAKE!). My advice for a similar situation: if you don't come up with a good answer during the interview, you could spend a minute to answer it again before leaving, or you could email a better answer in your Thank-You note. Either approach is better than leaving an unsatisfying answer during an interview.
