IT Help Desk Technician
The interview process was pretty chill. Started with a group interview with about 10 of us, lasted maybe 45 mins. Four company guys were there, one did most of the talking, giving details about the job and benefits, while the others watched how we interacted and listened. Then, a day later, I had a 30-min one-on-one with a supervisor who asked around 7 questions. Got the job offer just two days after that! It was a really smooth process overall. Communication was strictly email, even the offer, which I thought was a bit impersonal but hey, that's how they do things. So, make sure you have a good email.
- How would you approach offering products and services to a new customer?
- What are your reasons for leaving a previous company?

We had 3 interviews. First was a group interview, everyone got the same questions. Like, 'Tell me something that me (HR recruiter, manager) should get used to.' Then we did some case scenarios, like a client calling about a 404 error on a webpage, and we each had to act like a rep and solve it. Second interview was HireVue, 4 questions. They let you do a practice interview first, but the practice questions are different from the real ones, it just gets you used to the system. One question was 'tell me a time where you had to provide negative information to a customer and how is approach it.' Last one was a personal interview, just simple questions to see why they should hire you. Then you wait 24-48 hrs for an email with the decision.
- Describe a situation where you had to give a customer bad news and how you handled it.
- What would you do if you were 10 days from a goal deadline and hadn't reached it yet?

When I got to the interview, they made us take a 30-minute test with 20 questions, which was super easy. Then, we all had a group interview at a conference table. The paper they handed out had tons of rules and restrictions, felt like a lockdown. After the group chat, I got an email for a second one-on-one interview, but I didn't go.
- What was your primary motivation for seeking this particular job?
