Had 4 online rounds - first was a 90-min machine coding round followed by a 30-min explanation the next day, which went really well. Second was a 45-min DSA round with 2 medium questions, went okay. Third was a 1-hour System Design round, went very well. Fourth was a 45-min Hiring Manager round, went well. Then they stalled for 2 weeks with excuses about other recruiters being on leave or the hiring manager being busy. After that, they said they needed one more round because they suspected AI usage in the first round, which is weird since they had a 30-min explanation for it. After another 2-3 weeks of non-answers, the recruiter said they had no openings and couldn't even accommodate candidates they'd already offered. Then, the next week, they posted new openings on LinkedIn.

Technical Behavioral

It was a 2-round process for a contract role. The first round was technical. The second round was semi-technical, asking hypothetical questions about SRE practices and what to do during on-call incidents. The interviewers were helpful and didn't mind if I took some time to think.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

The interview for the Key Account Manager position at Flipkart consisted of about 4 to 5 stages. It kicked off with an HR screening to check my background and suitability for the role. The initial technical round was about my category knowledge, P&L understanding, and experience in managing accounts. After that, there was a case study where I had to tackle a business problem, and they looked at how I thought structurally, my analytical skills, and my proposed growth strategies. Then came a round with stakeholders to assess how well I collaborate cross-functionally and communicate. The final HR chat was about cultural alignment and salary expectations. In general, the process was quite structured and really emphasized solving problems with data and taking ownership.

Behavioral Technical

The whole thing takes forever, like two months or more, which is super frustrating. If you need things fast, this probably isn't for you. You gotta be patient. Waiting around can really kill your motivation, especially when you don't get updates. So, only apply if you've got plenty of time and won't get antsy waiting for a reply.
