The whole thing takes forever, like two months or more, which is super frustrating. If you need things fast, this probably isn't for you. You gotta be patient. Waiting around can really kill your motivation, especially when you don't get updates. So, only apply if you've got plenty of time and won't get antsy waiting for a reply.

The interview process starts with HR, then an interview with the FC head. If you pass that, there's a 3rd round with the Director of Operations. If selected, HR will ask for documents: last offer letter, 3-month salary slip, PAN, Aadhar, and latest increment letter. After final negotiation, you'll get an offer letter from career.flipkart.com.
