Manager
The whole thing takes forever, like two months or more, which is super frustrating. If you need things fast, this probably isn't for you. You gotta be patient. Waiting around can really kill your motivation, especially when you don't get updates. So, only apply if you've got plenty of time and won't get antsy waiting for a reply.
- Can you describe your current job and past work experience?
Senior Manager
It was quite a few rounds, and they canceled a lot, but the ones that did happen were good. Each interview had a clear objective and they were very direct. There were two tech rounds, one manager round, one product round, and one bar raiser round.
- Can you discuss your past experience in a technical context?
- Describe how you would design Splunk.
- What qualities do you look for when hiring?
Assistant Manager
The interview process starts with HR, then an interview with the FC head. If you pass that, there's a 3rd round with the Director of Operations. If selected, HR will ask for documents: last offer letter, 3-month salary slip, PAN, Aadhar, and latest increment letter. After final negotiation, you'll get an offer letter from career.flipkart.com.
- Could you start by telling me about yourself?
- What is your 'dilo'?
- Can you elaborate on your matrix KPIs?
