The interview process had 4 rounds. First, a shortlist, then a 40-minute aptitude exam with 40 questions, followed by a technical interview and finally an HR interview. The exam covered 30 aptitude, 10 computer fundamentals, and 10 supply chain questions, and wasn't too difficult. The technical interview was less about technical skills and more about questions like 'why Flipkart' and assessing willingness to work across India.

First, you apply and send your resume in. The HR people look at it to see if you meet the basic requirements for the SCM job. If you do, they might call you for a quick phone or video chat to talk about your background and why you want to join our supply chain team. They might ask you some questions about how you handle supply chain challenges. Then, depending on the job, you might get a technical test. This could be about solving supply chain problems, looking at data, or showing you know the main concepts. If you pass that, you'll probably have an on-site or virtual interview with the supply chain management team or operations managers. They will ask more about your supply chain skills, how you solve problems, and if you'd fit in with the company.

So, the interview process started with an online assessment, which took about 45 minutes. It had three parts: basic aptitude, basic supply chain questions, and some basic MS Excel computer questions. After passing the OA, there were two interview rounds. The first was a technical round. The interviewer asked for my intro (around 2-3 minutes) and then asked follow-up questions about my projects, summer internship, and club activities. They also asked some conditional questions related to SCM and, at the end, asked about my strengths and weaknesses, which felt a bit like an HR round. The second round also began with an intro, but this time the HR person was more focused on company values, whether I had thoroughly researched their site, and my academic preferences (which subjects I liked and why). That was the whole interview process.
