Went through 4 rounds of interviews, including one with HR. Was selected, but then the HR gave me numbers on compensation that were different from what was agreed upon. When it came time to get the offer letter, they offered me 0% hike on my current CTC. I was very disappointed with how the recruitment process went. It took me almost 2 weeks. Normally, you'd expect at least a 25-30% hike in this industry. It feels like they expect people to work for free.
