Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview had two parts. The first was a zoom call where we talked about my background, my experience, and why I'm interested in this job. The second part was an in-person interview at the Toronto office with a team member. This was more technical and we went over AI/ML approaches and how they could be used for the business. The interviewers were nice and the chats felt real. However, HR was slow and disorganized, sending missed invites, taking a week to reply sometimes, and changing the job title in the middle of everything without saying why.

Behavioral Technical Case

The interview process was pretty solid and professional, with a good mix of checking technical skills and how well you can work with others. It started with an HR call about why you want the job, your background, and what you expect to get paid. Then, there was an interview with the hiring manager where they wanted to know about your ESG knowledge and what you've done before. After that, you had to do a technical/case-style test where you had to analyze and interpret data. The last step was a final interview with some senior people on the team.

Behavioral Technical

I interviewed in 3 steps. The first was with a Recruiter, which was a smooth conversation about my interest in Fitch ratings and my reasons for wanting to leave my current job. The second step was with an Analyst, and the third involved an interview with a Senior Analyst and a Senior Director. All interviews went well because they aligned with my background and experience. However, after following up three times with the recruiter and Senior Director, I haven't heard back. My application status still shows 'Assessments' after two months. They should have had the decency to respect my time and at least send a rejection email. Overall, I feel the company culture reflects how they treat candidates during the interview process – very disrespectful.

Technical Behavioral

I applied online, and the whole thing took about two weeks. It kicked off with a technical screening, then I had an interview with a program manager, and it finished with a more in-depth technical round with a panel of three interviewers. The experience wasn't great, to be honest. A lot of the interviewers were unprofessional, asking personal stuff that had nothing to do with the job. During the technical interview, they seemed checked out and only wanted certain answers, making it feel more like they were undermining me than having a real conversation. So yeah, it was a disappointing waste of time. I wouldn't work there even if they offered me the job.
