Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

It was 3 interviews total. The first was with my future manager and another senior person from the dept. It was a get-to-know-each-other chat, no hard questions. The second one was with 2 people from the team I would join. This was pretty standard, maybe a bit more technical, checking my knowledge on the rating criteria. The last one was a case study that they emailed me. I had 3 days to get the presentation back to them. Then I had 20 mins to present the case study in the final round and after that, they asked me some technical questions. The case study was basically like the actual rating process, so I had to use the criteria to make a rating recommendation. In this final round, there was the head of the dept, my future manager and another senior person.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

This was a really long interview process. I interviewed with people who I felt should have asked better questions and really understood the role. The questions they asked felt perfunctory, like they were just going through the motions. They didn't seem excited about working there themselves. They were very curious about what I saw in the company. I got the sense that all of these people had some sort of complex about being at the company.

Case Behavioral Technical

I had multiple phone conversations and a case study where I presented to the team, simulating a rating committee. The discussions focused a lot on motivation, with some technical questions to check my knowledge. The whole process was well-organized and engaging for me, and I enjoyed meeting different team members.
