I wasn't impressed with Fitch's week-long, invite-only Returnship week offering. The idea was they'd provide some training and interviews during the week, and then offer a 3-month returnship role to select individuals. The program for the week seemed undefined and loose, with vague topic categories, but in-person attendance from 9-5 was required.
