After I sent my CV, I got a screening call from HR. Then I moved to round 2, which was an interview with the senior executives in New York. They tested my technical statistical knowledge and we talked about projects I did using statistical tools.

First, I had a 30-minute informal chat over the phone where they mentioned concerns about graduates entering credit rating roles after working in that field for a few years before moving into banking. Then there were 1.5 hours of online tasks on Codility, involving Python and Excel. The process concluded with a 1-hour CodeLive session followed by a Zoom interview.
