I went through 6 interviews, with a two-week wait for their winter break between stages. Then, I got a templated rejection email at 6 PM EST with no feedback. When I asked, they said it wasn't their policy to give feedback at that stage. I can't believe they'd do that after six 45-minute interviews. I requested my data under GDPR, but the recruiter had the privacy officer tell me they couldn't share it because feedback isn't linked to an individual to protect their assessment processes. It was a terrible experience, not worth the effort.

Coding Technical

Applied online and after about two weeks, a recruiter got in touch to chat about my background, the company, and the role itself. Felt good. Then, I was set up for a first-round coding interview. They were cool about it, and I could even reschedule it last minute for personal reasons. The coding interview involved a series of tasks that built on each other. The interviewer seemed a bit low-energy and tired, but was still decent enough. Sadly, it didn't go well for me; I didn't finish everything and didn't move on. Generally, if you're pretty quick with data structures and core algorithms, you should be fine. It was an early interview, so I didn't get much specific feedback, just the standard rejection message.

Behavioral Technical

This was one of the best interview experiences I've had! I got to understand and learn about the company + team culture. Very high bar for competence, teamwork, and initiative - refreshing to hear those things in consideration for a role (and for a candidate). Interviews focused on technical competencies, with an emphasis on critical thinking and problem solving. I felt like I could be creative and explore ideas during the interview - and that it was encouraged and well received. The steps were: 1. Recruiter interview 2. HM interview 3. Technical Screening 4. Recruiter Prep 5. Panel Interview

Behavioral Technical

The interview process involved a recruiter call where I was asked about myself and a past campaign. Then, the hiring manager asked about a campaign I worked on, segmentation, and martech capabilities. The process overall was good, with the recruiter keeping me updated. The hiring manager gave good feedback, but I didn't get the job because they chose another candidate. The whole thing took about 3-4 weeks, with a significant delay in hearing back. I'm not sure if it was because there were many candidates or due to a holiday weekend.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • Can you introduce yourself and discuss a campaign you managed?
  • Could you elaborate on a specific campaign you've worked on?
  • Describe your experience with audience segmentation.
