I had an online interview since I wasn't in Canada yet. It was with one super lovely person who asked the questions. There weren't really any hard questions. Like most interviews, they spent a good amount of time telling me about the area and the role to make sure it was something I'd be interested in.

Honestly, save yourself the trouble and don't bother applying. After they extend an offer, their HR team does a background check. Then, they'll pull the rug out from under you, saying, 'Oops, you were off by a few months on your last job, so we're revoking the offer.' This happened even though I'd already quit my previous job to work for the Fairmont. They don't care if you have a family, a spouse, or a mortgage; you're just a number to them. If you don't want to end up jobless like me, I strongly advise looking for employment elsewhere.
