Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was a bit unusual. I had the chance to speak with every person on the HR team, and during our conversations, they asked me some questions while also showing me around the Royal York. It seemed like a good sign and felt positive, but then they posted the job again the very next day, and I never heard back.

I applied, and they called me in for an in-person interview. I met everyone on the HR team and they all asked me questions. They also gave me a tour of the Royal York. I never heard back, and the job was posted again the day after my interview.

Behavioral Technical

I applied through FRHI's career website, and then was immediately sent an online assessment. It's basically a personality test that measures your alignment with FRHI's core values. You only get contacted by a recruiter if you pass. I had a few interviews. Usually, it's an HR interview first, then the hiring manager, and then maybe 1-3 more interviews with people in the department depending on the position's level. Most interviews are over the phone or Skype, but they do in-person interviews when they can. Since I was applying for an HR role, I only had HR interviews.
