I had an interview scheduled for 9 am and got there at 8 am. I was all set up, and the interviewer was also ready to go. The quiz was a bit long, but I finished it right on time. Still feeling good about it.

I applied in person and security took my application. About a week and a half later, HR contacted me for an interview. The HR director interviewed me first. Right after, she brought in the Executive Chef to interview me. We went to the restaurant, and he interviewed me for about 5 minutes. He asked if I wanted to come back for a stage. I staged two days later and returned the next day for a second stage. Five days later, HR called to schedule an interview with the General Manager. After another 5 days, I got a call telling me I was hired.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • The questions were not difficult or unexpected because they were relevant to the position. For a cook, the real test is during the stage, not the interview.

It was a pretty standard interview with some theoretical questions and a lot about my skills and the job itself. The person interviewing me was super nice, and the whole thing was a quick phone call lasting about 15 to 20 minutes.

Confirmed questions1 question
