I applied online and then had an in-person interview the very next day. It was mostly a vibe check, but they really stressed the importance of applying during peak hiring seasons (like early spring or fall) and making sure you have weekend availability.

I applied on LinkedIn, and the first step was an initial call with HR over the phone. They asked about my experience, previous roles, and expected compensation. After that, there were three rounds of onsite interviews. The first round was with the product owner and director. The second round was a technical round with a solutions architect and a manager from a different IT team. The third round was with the hiring manager. Each round was about 30 minutes long.

It was a pretty straightforward interview process. I had one call with HR and then two virtual interviews with the hiring managers. Unfortunately, the company ended up canceling the internship offer right before it was supposed to start because they filed for bankruptcy. Given that, I'd probably steer clear of this company since they don't seem to be in a good financial spot and might not make it through the current tough retail climate.

The interview process is pretty easy and takes at least 30 minutes, but if it's a group interview it'll take longer, sometimes up to an hour. They really want to get to know you personally and check out your work ethic. It's cool if you haven't worked retail before, just talk about your experiences and what you'd do in different scenarios.
