So the first step was this 15-20 minute phone screen. After that, they asked me to come to the home office for an in-person interview. This interview had me meet with someone from HR and then three people from merchandising. Then I had one last round over Skype to meet the folks I'd be working with.

I went through a few interview rounds. It started with a call with the recruiter, then I spoke with the hiring manager, and finally had a video interview with several people from the team. The process was pretty standard, although the recruiter sent me an interview invite with the wrong name. After my last interview, they didn't follow up to tell me if I got the job, even though they said they would.
