I applied online and then had an in-person interview the very next day. It was mostly a vibe check, but they really stressed the importance of applying during peak hiring seasons (like early spring or fall) and making sure you have weekend availability.

I went in for an interview and the girl who interviewed me was extremely rude and disrespectful. She made it clear that she didn't want to hire me and she was giving me a hard time with all of my answers to her questions. She then had to discuss things with the other manager and she offered a position with late hours and told me that I will be closing at 1 am. When I discussed things with my friend who works there she told me that's not true and you never close that late.
