- Can you share an example of a time when...
Store Manager
I had a Zoom interview with the District Manager first, followed by a second phone interview with the District Manager for the Surrounding States. I got a phone call offer after that. Before taking over my store, I trained in the top volume store for 1.5 weeks.
- Can you tell me about the best gift you've ever given?
Store Manager
We had the initial interview with the District Manager, then a second interview with the flagship Store Manager, and the third interview was with the Regional Manager. All through this, I knew what was going on and was happy with how they communicated during all the interviews and follow ups. Each interview was about 45 minutes to an hour and a half. They told me to show confidence in my skills, focus on details of my experience and achievements, and I'd do great.
- Can you share an instance where you coached an employee who wasn't hitting sales targets and what steps you took to improve their performance to meet job requirements?
