I applied for a Data Analyst role. Got an interview invite, but it got canceled out of nowhere. Then it was rescheduled, but I didn't get any heads-up on what it would be about. I emailed to ask but didn't hear back. The interview finally happened in mid-December, and still no news from them.

First, you gotta pass a DTE screening that checks how you handle customer stuff like service changes, outages, downed wires, transferring service, and billing questions. It'll involve some math modules too. Then, if you make it, you'll do some simulated calls. If you pass both those and get picked, the last step is the real interview.

Confirmed questions6 questions
  • Can you tell me about a situation where you had to resolve a customer's service change request, using the STAR method?
  • Describe a time you handled a customer experiencing an outage, using the STAR method.
  • Can you share an example of how you addressed a customer's concern about downed wires, following the STAR method?

Behavioral Technical

I applied in May 2024. It took 3 days to get from application to the recruiter call. The recruiter call was a week before the next interview stage. I got an email 2 days after that interview saying they were impressed and I needed to do a 4-hour Excel/PowerPoint assessment as a final step. I scheduled it, but it took over 2 weeks to get date confirmation. The assessment was 3 weeks after the interview. After the assessment, there was complete silence. I sent emails but got no response. Then, a full 8.5 weeks after the assessment, I got an email saying they decided not to fill the role anymore. That was it. Total waste of time.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Could you describe your experience relevant to this position?
  • Please use the STAR method for answering behavioral questions.
