It was pretty straight forward. They started by asking me to describe myself, then went right into STAR method type questions. The interviewers were very professional. I didn't get an offer, and it took them about 3-4 weeks to respond.

HR contacted me by phone to set up an interview at their Detroit headquarters. I had one interview with a supervisor and a senior engineer. They asked standard questions, not technical ones. The interview used the STAR method, so it was tricky to answer if you're not used to it. I really recommend practicing STAR before you go, it can be confusing if you haven't done it.
