The interview process utilizes the STAR Method. You'll need to share stories about a situation or task you encountered, the actions you took to address it, and the results of those actions. Be sure to include examples from your work experience and emphasize the results, as these are frequently overlooked. Quantifiable improvements are a plus where possible.

So you have to take two assessments before you can have an actual interview. The whole process is incredibly slow, I applied in June and didn't get an interview until August. During the interview, they use the STAR method and if you follow it, they ask you questions you've already answered! It's really frustrating. Trevor T Cousineau wasn't engaging at all, seemed like he didn't want to be there, and barely looked at the camera during our Zoom interview, even though the camera was supposed to be on. It felt like a waste of time, and I ended up finding a better, less stressful, and better-paying job. I'd recommend looking elsewhere unless you're really desperate.
