I applied online and HR scheduled a phone screening call with two supervisors. It was just about knowing my skills and background. After 2 weeks from the phone screening, I was invited for a video interview with two managers. The second round was a 1-hour STAR format interview. They had already prepared 6 behavioral questions. They noted down all my answers during the complete interview and were quick in responding after the interview. Answers should be in STAR format.

I applied online and got a call about a week later. They do a background check before the main interview. The interview was almost entirely based on the STAR method. I was interviewed by two people, an HR person and the plant manager. They mostly took notes with their heads down the whole time. It didn't feel personal at all and they seemed more focused on filling out paperwork than on my answers. Not much else to say about the process, it was pretty simple and easy. The people were somewhat down to earth. I'm not sure what else to add to meet the word count, but that's pretty much it.

Behavioral Technical

This process is quite intimidating because the questions they ask rarely seem to connect to the job you're applying for. You need to be ready to answer things like, 'Tell me about a time you took initiative without being prompted... what was the outcome?'

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you share an instance where you had to convince colleagues and how you handled it?
  • Describe a situation where you demonstrated initiative proactively and what the result was.
