This job was through Brooksource's elevate program. It started with a phone screen from a recruiter, followed by another, slightly longer call with the recruiter. Then DTE decided to pause the elevate program, so the recruiter let me know they wouldn't be hiring for the role anymore.

They actually had an offer ready for me when HR called, so I didn't have any interview with management. It was a strange process without a management interview, but I accepted the offer.
