- Tell me about a time a project you worked on had a quality issue.
Electrical Engineer
This job was through Brooksource's elevate program. It started with a phone screen from a recruiter, followed by another, slightly longer call with the recruiter. Then DTE decided to pause the elevate program, so the recruiter let me know they wouldn't be hiring for the role anymore.
- Can you walk me through a project listed on your resume? Specifically, how did you achieve the things mentioned in the bullet points?
- Tell me what you know about DTE. Are you familiar with things like their energy grid and substations?
Electrical Engineer
I submitted my resume to HR via a friend. HR then called me to see if I was interested in a position. They actually had an offer ready for me when HR called, so I didn't have any interview with management. It was a strange process without a management interview, but I accepted the offer. The whole thing was very fast.
