Behavioral Group

The assessment day felt pretty disorganized, especially a 7-person group task that didn't have much structure. The initial parts were okay, but the vibe was cold, and one interviewer seemed really unapproachable and checked out. The feedback was the worst part. They said I missed media details and "motivation," even though the job description said no experience was needed and the questions weren't industry-specific. It's rough to go through a tough process and get feedback that feels fake. I won't apply here again.

Behavioral Technical

The interview lasted about 30 minutes with two interviewers: one from HR and one from the technical side. They started with general questions about my background, what motivates me, and my profile. Then, they asked some technical questions specific to Paid Social and digital marketing. They also explained the role, the team I'd be joining, and the working hours (9 AM to 6 PM). At the end, they mentioned they would send feedback to a manager to decide on the next steps and that they would let me know the outcome.

Behavioral Technical Case

The process had 4 steps. First, a recruiter call. Then, an interview with the Head of Product. After that, another interview with several team members, including the Head of Engineering. The final step was an interview with the Product Director where I was asked general product questions and some scenario-based questions.

Behavioral

It started with some recruiter calls, then moved to a multi-round interview process with other C-suite execs. The job description wasn't finalized, and the role was set up to be a 'knives out' situation. I was told by my interviewees at every stage that I was recommended to move to the next, including the last two, but then the recruiter came back and said they'd changed their mind without giving a reason.

  • What would be your strategy for structuring this role for success?
