I applied on LinkedIn and my profile got selected. The process was easy. First, I had a round with HR, and then a second round with a 3-member panel. I was selected for the role, and the same day HR asked for my documents. I submitted them, and after a week, when I followed up, HR said my profile is on hold.

Technical Behavioral

So, I had 3 rounds for this Assistant Manager role. The first two were technical, and the last one was a mix of technical and situational questions. The questions were good and the interviewers seemed positive about bringing me on board. But after all 3 rounds, they told me the position was filled internally. Can you believe it? All my prep went to waste. They did mention another role, but the recruiter just said 'will get back to you soon' and that was it. Honestly, feels like there's a disconnect in their HR. They weren't upfront about the internal candidate.
