It was a 3 round interview process. First was a screening with HR, then an interview with 2 Directors, and finally an interview with my potential future team. They asked basic questions about my background and projects, and also gave me 1 case study to see how I would approach it.

So the process here at Dentsu is a bit tedious and long. It starts with a resume review, then a phone call interview. After that, there's an onsite interview with HR and your direct supervisor. Finally, another onsite interview with the CEO and your direct supervisor again. Because it's a group, you kind of get asked the same questions multiple times by different people.

I applied online and the next day got an email asking for my CV because the hiring manager was interested. Then, an HR person called me for a phone interview to learn more about me, my experience, and how long I could commit. After that, I went to the office for an in-person interview with the team. It went well; they were easygoing and passionate, which drew me to the position. I got an offer the next day. The whole thing was smooth, professional, and fast.
