The recruiters first asked me detailed questions about the project management methodologies I've used, like Agile and Scrum, and asked me to explain how I applied them in real projects. Then, I had a case study, which was a bit disorienting at first but turned out to be a great chance to show my problem-solving skills, how I prioritize tasks, and how I suggest a clear strategy to coordinate a team. I really liked how relevant the questions were and the direct interaction with the recruiters, as they genuinely wanted to understand my thinking process and how I handle tough situations.

The process started with an intro chat with the hiring manager. Then, I had to do an assignment where I made a media plan for a particular industry. After that, I had another interview with the team where I presented the plan. They communicated well throughout, and it was a quick process.

I had an initial chat with the recruiter which was pretty good, they were easy to talk to. Then I interviewed with the hiring manager, but it was a really cold experience, felt like talking to a brick wall. They seemed more focused on where I currently work instead of what I could do for their company. I tried following up several times with both the hiring manager and recruiter, but got no response at all, which is pretty disrespectful especially for a senior role.
