Digital Marketing Assistant
It was a really cool and supportive interview. The interviewers were super friendly and encouraging. There were different rounds and a group task. It was also nice working in teams during the interview.

Digital Marketing Assistant
So, I applied for the Digital Marketing Assistant role at Dentsu. The job description really matched what I'm looking for and my skills, and the salary and remote work options were pretty attractive. But man, the communication was all over the place. I'd follow up and sometimes wouldn't hear back for ages. The process itself was weird too; one time I thought I was getting an interview, then it was just a screening, and most recently, I wasn't even sure if I was supposed to go to an assessment centre. It was hard to know where I stood with my application, and I didn't get details about the assessment centre until super late. I tried asking for info, but it felt like I was talking to a wall even though they said they'd get back to me. Honestly, it was pretty disappointing because of the lack of clear communication and consistency. It was frustrating with how my application was handled and the delays. I think they could really improve by having better communication, making the process clearer and more consistent, and maybe giving some feedback. It would make things way better for candidates.

Marketing
It was a very cold interview, the HR asked very direct questions without any empathy, and they were in a hurry, which was scary. I felt like the HR needed to hear specific answers, like in a quiz. It's a selection process where they immediately reject you for the smallest wrong answer. They didn't even ask me any technical questions, which makes me wonder how they get a complete picture of a candidate's abilities.
