Behavioral Technical System Design

A while after applying, an HR recruiter contacted me for a general chat and to set up a meeting with the hiring manager. During this first chat, we talked about my background and skills, and I showed off some of my projects. The interviewer seemed to think I was a good fit and set up a technical interview. The technical part was all about systems design for handling big data querying and processing in a live setting. I had to draw out solutions for a problem and explain my thinking.

The interview process for the Noida office had two rounds, one for an hour and another for thirty minutes. The HR team was really helpful at first, changing timings and answering questions quickly. However, after the second interview, there was no update even after I followed up twice by email. I get that lots of people apply, but I was bummed to not get any feedback after spending my time. Since Cotality is known for being people-focused, I expected at least a closing email. The interviews themselves were professional and the HR was nice initially, but better communication at the end would have made it a lot better.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was great from start to finish. The recruiter was super organized, and every interview felt like they really cared about people. I had six interviews in two weeks, which was pretty fast. The recruiter made sure interviewers gave feedback quickly (within 24 hours) and set up the next step if things went well. Everyone I talked to was really professional and honest, giving me a good sense of the job and company. They were enthusiastic and made it easy to see myself there. It made a great impression and still does. I'd totally recommend it.

I had a great initial experience with CoreLogic’s interview process. The recruiter was very enthusiastic and seemed genuinely excited about having me on the team. The interview went well, and I followed up a few times, but unfortunately, the communication was poor after that. Despite my efforts to stay in touch, I was ghosted for three months, only to receive an automatic rejection email. As someone who values transparent communication, I found this process frustrating and disappointing.
