First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Cotality.
Business Systems Analyst
The interview process was really good. The Talent acquisition team and the hiring manager were very kind and professional. It started with a call with the Principal, Talent Acquisition. Then there was an assessment, and finally a video interview with the Senior Manager and the team. Everything went smoothly because communication was very good.
- Have you had prior experience working with APIs?
- Have you had prior experience working with UX/UI?
Business Analyst
The interview process was quick and efficient, with good communication throughout. There was plenty of information available on the website and in the news to help with preparation. It was a multi-step process, with some parts conducted via video conferencing.
- What are my career goals?
Business Analyst
After clearing the L1 (70 minutes with the local team) and L2 (60 minutes with the onsite team) rounds, HR confirmed I was shortlisted for the final L3 round. I followed up and was told the process was "still on track," but the final interview was never scheduled. The application was then closed via an automated Workday notification. This confirmation followed by process failure and rejection is highly unethical and unprofessional, wasting my time. The entire process wasted an entire month. However, I enjoyed both the L1 and L2 rounds and found the discussions engaging.
- Can you describe a project where you faced a significant prioritization conflict between two influential stakeholder groups?
